203(k) Whole-Property Renovation in Louisa
One property, a long punch list — siding, a new screened porch, decks, steps, roof and insulation work, plus custom interior doors. The kind of job where we just handle all of it.

BeforeA scattered punch list, handled start to finish
This Louisa County property came to us through a 203(k) renovation loan — the kind of project that doesn't fit neatly in one box. It needed a little bit of everything, and instead of the homeowner juggling five different contractors, we took the whole list.
We repaired the metal siding, built a screened-in porch and a new deck, replaced the cellar steps and door, added a roof vent, and did insulation work to make the place more comfortable year-round. Inside, we hung two new doors with custom millwork, because the small details earn their keep as much as the big stuff. By the time we cleared out, a property that started as a scattered to-do list felt finished from top to bottom.
