After
BeforeForgotten attic to finished, livable room
This was wasted square footage — a dark, unfinished attic the family had basically written off as a place to lose boxes. But the room was already there. It just needed someone to see it.
We framed, insulated, hung and finished drywall, and turned it into bright, usable living space — and we left the original brick chimney exposed, because some character is worth keeping. What used to be a space nobody wanted to climb into is now a room they're glad they have.
